The colorful name of this pub comes from a curse beginning with the
obscenity, "____ you and the horse you came in on!" Contemporary mystery
writer Martha Grimes gave the name to one of her sleuth thrillers set in
Fells Point. Interiors of this block of 18th century buildings are
steeply angled from the facades to fit in as many houses as possible in
the triangular-shaped parcel.
