As the lanes split, follow signs to Route 1 North/ 14th ST. as you are crossing the bridge. 4. Route 1 becomes 14th ST. 5. Continue on 14th ST. until you get to Rhode Island Ave. (you will go around Thomas Circle just before reaching Rhode Island Ave.). 6. Continue to 16th ST. and make a right turn. 7. The Hotel Rouge will be halfway down the block on the right side at 1315 16th ST NW From Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 27 miles - 42 minutes 1. Exit the terminal on route 267 East/Dulles access road 2. Continue on Route 267 3. Exit on Route 66 East 4. Continue on Route 66 East and you will go over the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge 5. As you cross the bridge, stay in the left lane and follow signs for Constitution Avenue 6. Turn left onto 18th Street NW - there are two left turn lanes at this intersection 7. Take a right onto H Street NW 8. Take a left onto 16th Street NW 9. As you cross l street, stay to your right (above ground - do not go under Circle) 10. Go one half turn around the traffic circle, exiting back onto 16th Street. 11.
