     The Museum was open with the tree and model trains operating. Carl Merson was Dispatcher with David Crow as crew. The good news there were not to many people for the small crew, the bad news was there were not many people.

     Sunday (12/27)

     Carl Merson was Dispatcher for the second day in a row with Carl Thistel, Greg Thompson and Ben Bates as crew. The turn out was much better than Saturday.

     As I look over the last year, the non-charter visitors increase over the 1997 year. The non-charter revenue also increased over 1997. The number of charter visitors is off from last year.
