Ben Bates was Dispatcher with Charlie Plantholf, Mike Citro and John Dienbach as crew for a daytime charter.

     Saturday (7/28)

The morning started with Ed Amrhein and I removing a large tree branch from the North Avenue Loop overhead trolley wire.

Chris McNally and Ed cleaned up a small mudslide between the Visitor's Center and the Car House.

The Visitor's Center Soda machine was replaced with the spare on stored at the 22nd street shops. The crew of movers and cleaners was Ed Amrhein, Rick Obbink, Chris McNally and Chris Howell.

Damper Adjustment     En Amrhein, Chris Howell and I replaced a leaking air damper motor on the PCC. The damper motors are used to route the cooling air for the resistor grid. As the air flows over the hot resistor girds it is sent either into the car during winter to heat the car or outside during the summer to avoid overheating the car.

Ed Amrhein, Chris Howell and I then put the front end of 6119 on the pit and adjusted the brake rigging.

Buster Hughes continued working on 4533.

Mark Hurley was Dispatcher with John Engleman, Dennis Falter, Cath La Costa and Warren Olt as crew.

     Sunday (7/29)

David Crow was Dispatcher with Justin Thillman, Carl Merson, John Diefenbach, Kevin Mueller and Buster Hughes as crew.
